Casa Basel, a large vacation rental house with over 3000 square feet of living space, this restored colonial historical Casa is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in the heart of Granada, featuring 20-foot ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, open air living in all areas with a central pool, second floor terrace and with over sized fully air conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, the largest, is located over 20 feet above street level with its own balcony and fabulous 360 degree views of Granada.

The casa comes complete with all furnishings and items to make any stay a wonderful experience and care free. An Initial complimentary bottle of water, propane for the cooking stove and laundry dryer are provided AND to keep in touch with family and friends back home in North America, a free unlimited calling telephone.

Three times a week house cleaning and pool maintenance. Direct telephone calling to property management office is also provided.

Due to the high electricity rates in Nicaragua, the rental rate does NOT include the costs for electricity. Please inquire.

The casa is NOT suitable for children under 5 years old, deep pool and three stories with railings.

Minimum 5 day rental rate per day $160, (electricity $10 for first bedroom, $5 for each additional per day)

Weekly rate $ 1,100 (electricity $10 for first bedroom, $5 for each additional per day)

Monthly rate $ 2,600 plus electricity
